What is the cutoff for same-day flower delivery in Manila?
The cutoff is 4 PM Manila time, and it applies to paid orders. After you place your order, we send payment details by Viber, WhatsApp or SMS. Your order is confirmed once we receive payment, so the safest move is to order and pay well before 4 PM, especially if you want the afternoon slot.
Orders paid after 4 PM go out the next available day. If you are cutting it close, message us on Viber or WhatsApp at 0945 633 1977. We reply 24/7 and will tell you honestly whether a slot is still open.

How does same-day delivery work, step by step?
- Set your city and date. Use the Deliver to box at the top of the page so you only see gifts available for that area and day.
- Pick a gift and add-ons. Choose the size, then add a balloon, chocolates or a designed card if you like. The classic message card is free.
- Choose a slot and pay. Pay by Maya or bank transfer using the details we send you. Payment confirms the order.
- We arrange it and send a photo. Our florists prepare the gift and send you a photo of the actual arrangement before it leaves.
- We deliver and confirm. The rider brings it to the home, office, condo lobby or hospital, and we confirm once it is delivered.
How do I make sure the rider finds the address?
Most late deliveries in Manila are not about traffic. They are about an address the rider cannot find or a recipient who cannot be reached. A few extra details solve that:
- Condos: building name, tower, unit number and the lobby or concierge desk
- Subdivisions: phase, block, lot, street and the gate the rider should use
- Offices: company name, floor and the receptionist or security desk
- Hospitals: the patient’s full name, room number and floor
- Always: a landmark and a mobile number that will be answered today
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our rider calls the recipient first. If no one can receive the gift, we leave it with a household member, guard or reception when that is allowed, or we arrange a redelivery. A redelivery can have an extra fee, so add a second contact number in the delivery notes if you can.
Will the bouquet look like the photo on the website?
We match the style, colors and size. Flowers are natural and seasonal, so if a stem is not available that day, we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colors. That is also why we send a photo before dispatch: you see exactly what is going out.
Should I still order same-day on Valentine’s and Mother’s Day?
You can, but plan ahead if you can. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the days before Christmas are our busiest days, and slots fill up early.
