Time slots are delivery windows, not exact times. Traffic, weather and building access can move a delivery within the window, so choose an earlier slot if the gift must arrive before a party or a dinner. We deliver every day, weekends included. Flower stands for grand openings need at least a day’s notice.

How same-day delivery works

  1. Choose your gift, the delivery date and a time slot at checkout.
  2. We send payment details for Maya or bank transfer by Viber, WhatsApp or SMS. Your order is confirmed once we receive payment, so pay before 4 PM for delivery today.
  3. Our florists prepare the gift and send you a photo of the actual arrangement before it leaves.
  4. Our rider delivers and we confirm once it has been received.

Delivering to homes, condos, offices and hospitals

  • Homes and subdivisions: add the phase, block, lot, street and the gate the rider should use, plus a landmark.
  • Condos: add the building, tower and unit number. Many lobbies only accept deliveries at the concierge or guard desk.
  • Offices: add the company name, floor and the recipient’s mobile number so reception can call them down.
  • Hospitals: add the patient’s full name, room number and a family member’s mobile. Some wards limit flowers, so a fruit basket is a safe choice.

Use the delivery notes at checkout for anything else we should know, like a second contact number or that the gift is a surprise.

If the recipient is not home

Our rider calls the recipient first. If no one can receive the gift, we leave it with a household member, guard or reception when that is allowed, or arrange a redelivery. A redelivery can have an extra fee.

Substitutions and freshness

Flowers are natural and seasonal. If a flower is not available on your delivery day, we replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style, colors and size. If a change is needed, we email you first; if we don’t hear back in time, we go ahead so your gift still arrives on schedule. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace them, give store credit or refund you. See our refund and replacement policy.

Peak days

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the weeks before Christmas are our busiest days, and slots fill up early. Order a few days ahead to get your preferred slot and the widest choice of flowers.

Sending from abroad

Many of our customers are OFWs and families overseas. The 4 PM cutoff is Manila time (GMT+8). See how to send gifts to the Philippines for payment and timing tips. You can follow your order on Track my order, and find more answers in our FAQ.
