These terms apply to every order placed on flowersandgifts.ph, operated by Bloomhouse Co. (Taguig City, Philippines). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept Maya and bank transfer. After you place your order we send payment details by Viber, WhatsApp or SMS.
- Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available for orders paid by 4 PM Manila time, subject to slot availability.
- Delivery fees: ₱150 within Metro Manila, ₱250 to our Cavite, Laguna and Rizal cities, free for orders of ₱5,000 and up.
- Time slots are delivery windows, not exact times. Traffic, weather and building access can cause delays.
- Please give a complete address, landmark and a reachable recipient number. If the recipient is not available, we may leave the gift with a household member, guard or reception, or arrange a redelivery, which may have an extra fee.
Substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. If an item is unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or higher value in the same style and colors. If a change is needed, we email you first; if we don’t hear back in time, we go ahead so your gift still arrives on schedule. Photos on the site are for reference; arrangements may vary slightly.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible at Viber or WhatsApp 0945 633 1977, or email hello@flowersandgifts.ph. Orders already being prepared or out for delivery may not be cancelled. See our Refund and Replacement Policy.
Message cards
We print card messages as written. Please check spelling before you place your order. We may decline messages that are offensive or unlawful.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, an unreachable recipient, or events outside our control.
