To send a gift to the Philippines from abroad, order online by 4 PM Manila time (GMT+8) for same-day delivery, give your family’s complete address and a reachable mobile number, and pay by bank transfer or Maya. We deliver across Metro Manila and nearby Cavite, Laguna and Rizal cities, and send you a photo of the actual gift before it leaves.
Missing a birthday back home is hard. Here is how to send a gift that arrives on the day, wherever you are working, in five simple steps.
1. Is my family’s address in your delivery area?
We deliver to all 17 Metro Manila cities, plus Bacoor, Imus, Kawit, Dasmariñas and General Trias in Cavite; San Pedro, Biñan, Santa Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba in Laguna; and Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay, San Mateo and Rodriguez in Rizal. Delivery is ₱150 in Metro Manila, ₱250 to those provincial cities, and free on orders of ₱5,000 and up. See all delivery areas.
2. What is the Manila cutoff in my time zone?
Same-day delivery needs your order paid by 4 PM Philippine time. The Philippines does not use daylight saving time, so the cutoff moves with your country’s clock changes.
| Where you are | 4 PM in Manila is |
|---|---|
| Dubai, Abu Dhabi | 12 noon, same day |
| Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait | 11 AM, same day |
| Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei | 4 PM, same day |
| Tokyo, Seoul | 5 PM, same day |
| Sydney | 7 PM (Oct to early Apr, daylight time) or 6 PM (rest of the year) |
| London | 8 AM in winter (GMT) or 9 AM in summer (BST) |
| New York, Toronto | 3 AM in winter (EST) or 4 AM in summer (EDT) |
| Los Angeles, Vancouver | 12 midnight in winter (PST) or 1 AM in summer (PDT) |
If you are in the Americas, the cutoff falls in the middle of your night, so the easiest habit is to order the evening before. For a morning delivery (9 AM to 1 PM Manila time), order at least a day ahead wherever you are.
3. What address details do I need?
A complete address is the difference between a smooth surprise and a gift stuck at the gate. Include:
- Your family member’s full name and a mobile number that will be answered that day
- Complete address with barangay and city, plus a landmark
- For subdivisions: phase, block, lot and the gate the rider should use
- For condos: tower and unit number; for hospitals: room number
- A second contact person in the delivery notes, in case the first is busy
If no one can receive the gift, our rider calls, then leaves it with a household member, guard or reception when allowed, or arranges a redelivery, which may have an extra fee.
4. How do I pay from abroad?
For now, we accept bank transfer and Maya. After you order, we send payment details by Viber, WhatsApp or SMS, and the order is confirmed once payment arrives. Card payments are coming soon. Many OFWs ask a family member to pay through Maya or online banking; that works too, as long as payment reaches us before the cutoff.
5. How will I know the gift was delivered?
This is the part senders abroad tell us they value most. Before the gift leaves, we send you a photo of the actual arrangement, so you know exactly what your family is receiving. After delivery, we confirm that it arrived. If anything is wrong on arrival, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will make it right under our refund and replacement policy.
What gifts can I send to my family in the Philippines?
- Birthdays: a bouquet with a cake or a balloon, from our birthday gifts
- For Mom: pink roses, tulips or a sweet treat, see gifts for Mom
- For the whole household: a gift box or grocery basket everyone can share
- For the kids: a teddy bear with a balloon
- For your partner: red roses, or a bundle with flowers and chocolates
- Practical and fun: a money bouquet made with real peso bills, an OFW favorite for birthdays and graduations
Which dates should I plan for early?
Order a few days ahead for the busiest gifting dates of the year:
- Valentine’s Day (February 14): slots fill up fast
- Mother’s Day (second Sunday of May): our busiest day for moms and lolas
- Graduation season (March to June): plan around ceremony dates
- Christmas: order before the December rush and holiday traffic
- Birthdays and anniversaries: set a reminder a week before
Tips from families who send often
- Tell someone at home to expect a delivery, unless it is a surprise
- Sign the card message so they know it is from you; the classic card is free
- Send a video call request for when the gift arrives, so you can see their reaction
- Save your recipient’s full address details for next time
