Bouquet Price in the Philippines: 2026 Price Guide

In the Philippines, a fresh flower bouquet usually costs around ₱300 to ₱1,500 if you buy and arrange it yourself at a flower market like Dangwa, and around ₱1,800 to ₱4,000 from an online florist that arranges and delivers it for you. A dozen roses, tulips and anything imported sit at the higher end, and prices can almost double near Valentine’s Day. Below is a simple price list by bouquet type, what makes prices go up, and how to get the most for your budget.

How much is a bouquet in the Philippines in 2026?

These are the typical ranges we see in Metro Manila as of 2026. They are approximate, since flower prices move with the season, the supply from Benguet and the exchange rate for imported stems. Treat them as a guide, not a quote.

Why do flower bouquet prices vary so much?

Two bouquets that look similar in photos can be priced very differently. Our family has been in the Philippine flower business for 30 years, and these are the things that move the price the most:

  • Flower type. Local roses, carnations, asters and mums are the most affordable. Tulips, hydrangeas, lilies and gerberas cost more per stem.
  • Local or imported. Most cut flowers in Manila come from Benguet. Imported roses from Ecuador or tulips from the Netherlands cost several times more and are more sensitive to the peso exchange rate.
  • Stem count. A dozen roses costs roughly twice as much as six. Fillers like baby’s breath make a bouquet look fuller without doubling the price.
  • Season. Prices jump before Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, graduation season and Undas, when everyone buys at once.
  • Wrapping and extras. Korean-style wrapping, ribbons, a box or a vase add to the cost, and so do add-ons like chocolates, a bear or a balloon.
  • Labor and delivery. When a florist arranges, wraps and delivers, you are also paying for skill, a rider and the trip through traffic.

How much do flower prices go up on Valentine’s Day?

A lot. In February 2026, news reports from Dangwa showed a bundle of local roses that normally sells for about ₱180 to ₱200 going for ₱1,300 to ₱1,500 in the days before Valentine’s Day, and imported Ecuadorian roses tripling. Tulips moved less, from around ₱90 to ₱100 per stem to about ₱120 to ₱150.

Online florists usually raise prices too, because their own flower costs go up and demand is at its peak. If you want the best price, order early or choose flowers that do not spike as hard, like sunflowers, tulips or a chocolate bouquet.

Is it cheaper to buy flowers in Dangwa or online?

Per stem, Dangwa is cheaper. It is a wholesale flower market, and many stalls sell bundles at close to farm prices. What you save, you pay back in time and effort: the trip to Sampaloc, parking, arranging and wrapping the flowers yourself, and bringing them to the person you are giving them to.

Online is the better deal when you are sending flowers to someone else, when you need them delivered today, or when you are abroad. We wrote a full comparison in Dangwa vs online flower delivery.

How can I get a nicer bouquet on a small budget?

  • Pick local flowers. Sunflower bouquets and local roses look generous for the price.
  • Go for fewer, bigger blooms. Three sunflowers often look better than a thin dozen of something expensive.
  • Add a small extra instead of more stems. A ₱99 balloon or a longer message on the free card makes a simple bouquet feel bigger.
  • Order before peak days. Ordering a week before Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day usually means a better choice and steadier prices.
  • Bundle and save on delivery. Orders of ₱5,000 and up ship free, so office groups and families can split one bigger order.
  • Make it last. Follow our tips to make a bouquet last longer and you get more days out of every peso.

What is a good price for a chocolate or teddy bear bouquet?

A chocolate bouquet with a few flowers usually costs about ₱1,200 to ₱3,500, depending on the brand and number of chocolates. Teddy bear bouquets run a little higher because the bear itself can cost ₱500 to a few thousand pesos. Check that the chocolates are a brand the recipient likes and that the bear’s size is stated in centimeters, not just “medium”. You can compare options in our chocolate bouquets and teddy bear gifts.

How is a money bouquet priced?

A money bouquet costs the cash inside plus an arrangement fee for the folding, wrapping and any flowers or chocolates added. A good shop shows both amounts clearly and never staples or glues the bills. Read our money bouquet guide before you order one.

FAQ

How much is a dozen roses in the Philippines?

Outside peak season, a dozen local roses costs around ₱200 to ₱800 at a flower market and around ₱1,800 to ₱3,500 arranged and delivered by an online florist. Imported roses cost more.

What is the cheapest flower for a bouquet?

Local carnations, asters, mums and local roses are the most affordable. Sunflowers are also good value because a few stems already look full.

Why are flowers more expensive on Valentine’s Day?

Demand rises sharply while supply stays the same, so farms, markets and florists all raise prices. Roses are hit the hardest, sometimes costing several times their usual price.

Does the bouquet price include delivery?

At flowers&gifts, delivery is added at checkout: ₱150 in Metro Manila, ₱250 to our Cavite, Laguna and Rizal cities, and free on orders of ₱5,000 and up.
